Parking in Zelienople

The borough of Zelienople offers free parking on Main Street as well as five community lots and two rented lots. Please review the parking regulations below:

Parking is not permitted on Main Street or in any of the parking lots from 3:00 am - 5:00 am.
There is a 3 hour parking limit from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday.
No parking limits Sundays, Borough Holidays and all other days 5am-8am and 5pm-3am
No trucks over 10 tons
No tractor parking
Vehicles towing trailers prohibited
No trailer parking
No vehicle repairs

We ask the public to be courteous when parking on the side streets while visiting the Borough. Please ensure our residents can enter their driveway/alleyway by parking at least 3 feet from either side of the driveway/alleyway. Remember, no parking within 30 feet of a stop sign. On any street where parking is permitted, the right side of the vehicle shall be parked along the curb.

These parking regulations are strictly enforced by our Department.

Grandview Lot

Located at the intersection of E. Grandview Ave. and N. Main Street (Rt. 19). This lot contains 19 parking spaces. Public parking allowed from 5am-3am (3 hour limit).

Town Center Lot

Located at the intersection of W. New Castle St. and S. Clay St. Enter on S. Clay Street. This lot contains 100+ parking spaces. Public parking allowed from 5am-3am (3 hour limit).

Spring Street Lot

Located at the intersection of S. Main Street (Rt. 19) and W. Spring Street. Enter on S. Main Street. This lot contains 18 parking spaces. Public parking allowed from 5am-3am (3 hour limit).

Borough Municipal Lot

Located in the rear of the Municipal Building. Enter on West New Castle Street or North Clay Street. Public Parking allowed from 5pm-3am Mon-Fri and 5am-3am Sat & Sun, except for marked police spaces.

Main Street (State Rt. 19)

Parallel parking is available on Main Street (State Route 19). There is a 2 hour limit. No parking 3am-5am. The two parking spots in front of the Post Office is limited to 15 min. for Post Office customers only.

St. Paul Lutheran Church Lot

Located on West Northview Dr. Public parking allowed from 5am-3am (3 hour limit). No parking Sundays from 8am-12pm

English Lutheran Church Lot

Located on East Grandview Ave. Public parking allowed from 5am-3am (3 hour limit). No parking Sundays from 8am-12pm

East New Castle Lot

Located on South Main Street and East New Castle Street. This lot is paid permit parking from 7am - 5 pm Monday through Friday. Free parking permitted 5pm - 3am Monday through Friday. Free parking permitted 5am - 3am Saturday and Sunday. 3 hour parking limit.

Why is there a "motorcycle only" parking spot in the Town Center Lot?

The reason there is a "motorcycle only" parking spot in the Town Center Lot is due to the fact that a full size vehicle parked in that spot would block the handicapped spot it front of it! Instead of omitting a parking spot in that space, the Borough decided to make the spot designated for "motorcycles only."
